View Full Version : Bolehland justice 101

In bolehland the modus operandi for a pretty straight forward case which has attracted a lot of public attention is:
1 Arrest the fellas charged with the crime
2 Make a big hoo hah in the doggie press about the arrest and justice being served.
3 Let the case be on trial immediately (for exposure) and keep postponing the case till the public forgets.
4 When everything has cooled down, acquit the obviously guilty parties and pretend like nothing happen.
5 Guilty parties get promoted

How about you get some traffic saman, you're considered 100% guilty as charged, pay up or else. If not guilty it'll cost you MORE to contest the saman!
Only way to avoid this is don't own car or any vehicle, use public transport always. All owners of vehicles are at the mercy of traffic samans, even saman ekor!
By NOT owning any vehicle you also avoid paying taxes and duties for new car to coffers, contributing to the wealth of oil companies, and no road taxes or tyres to replace which are all taxed too. BTW, no need to irritate anyone by simply parking at the residential road with yellow lines outside your home. Wonderful ideas isn't it? I may just implement these ideas when the LRT becomes operational. THATS MY JUSTICE IN RETURN than contributing to coffers for all the shortcomings passed down onto us, all the more I shouldn't be paying since I'm getting back almost nothing from it all the years. All I got is more of life's complications when I don't need them to raise my blood pressure.

They can even jail those fellas the first round and they will appeal and appeal and after that they walk away scot free. Or they apply pressure so that the injured party would have no choice but to settle.

And majority people have NO WILL to make the change!... NO WILL AT ALL...still let and allow status quo! It'll all continue.

I fully agree that all these wayang works with the 47%. They seem to be convinced and are happy to be led around with a noose in their nose and its only when their descendants become maids, construction workers or singers in foreign lands that they will finally wake up to the fact that they have been blind all these years.

My simple reasoning is most people forget all those wasteful spending is because too preoccupied with daily survival, from whats on the table for next meal, what a stressful workday today to how to make some extra money from somewhere. Ironically, there's time, effort and all the hoo haa when it comes to standing up and be seen, yelling around at some public place in defense over some religious dispute. THAT ONE GOT LOTS OF SPACE, TIME AND PRIORITY! Amazing!
I suppose that would really guarantee putting food on the table, help reduce COL, reduce wasteful spending, help combat corruption, reduce energy costs or buy a decent home at reduced price sometime very soon!

They dont sit down to think with the 2k they earn as a graduate how far it would take them if they do not have parental support. How can they ever think of buying a 600k apartment which is about what is being asked for new launches which is not in rawang or bangi. At the end when they find their entire lives all screwed up they blame us!!

You're in for a lot of unfairness and injustice as time goes by!... believe it or not!. This is 2013, not 1967... Happy witness days ahead!.. :heheheh:
I hope your BP doesn't go up, its not a good thing and your 1gomen ain't helping you 1bit in that peril!

Partly the reason why I have chosen not to pay my taxes from next month. I have decided to take a job over the sea and even though my contribution is not much i do hope that it does have an effect . I am sure i am not the only one.

Everyone is paying "taxes" in one way or other whenever you buy anything, sales tax, excise duty, import duty, etc. You're born to owe the regime from DAY 1 you're born.. lucky for now no death duties..if got?...mati pun tak senang!
But OTH, do peek into Britain's death or estate duty. You may be awed at what they face.

With gst coming in there is no escape but at least for direct income tax I dont have to pay double. Like they way we grab each other and die together.

No one can avoid paying taxes in one form or another as long as one is domiciled here. Income tax is not the only tax and one pays out of most purchased goods everyday. Even street beggars pay something too, unless they don't eat or buy anything throughout. Only a question is how much one pay till death do you part from it.
All I could think is, the wealthy or very well to do won't flinch much about forking out for GST. Only way for ordinary mortals is to earn more or develop higher purchasing power somehow. Or at worst, change lifestyle, self rot and don't buy anything unless really in need. They don't give a damn, You change, not them.
Just like I see motorbike owners, I don't see worried faces about petrol increase, for car owners...the first ones to mumble grumble and line up at petrol station at 11.30pm.
