It's end/beginning of the month - that's when I notice....

Anyone wants to raise a storm in a teacup?

Recently the Government has announced some economic incentives for the country. One of the incentives pertains to the collection of service charge fees. It was announced that service charge fees is temporarily stopped for a period of time ( not sure how long)...

Have you folks looked at your bills/sales receipts recently? Is there a service charge fee? Wanna raise a hue and cry?

Recently we dined at St Francisco Steak House. Did check the bill, the Govt Tax was missing, but the Service Charge was there. They insist the 6-month waiver was only for Gov't Tax. Can any one confirm if they are right?
Any bill with a service charge added does not command a single cent of tips from me.
