Actually it is a free world, they have a right to support anyone they like and make it known and we on the other hand also have our right to support whoever we like and buy/listen to whatever we want. If they have a product to sell then it is the consumers right to buy or not. As artistes i suppose their aim is to target as big an audience as possible. If because of their political inclinations their fans take issue with them and suddenly they find their fans deserting them, then they cannot blame anyone because it is their choice and since they have made known their choice, their fans can also make known their choice of whether to continue supporting them as fans.

Michelle Yeoh is a hypocrite of the highest order! Of course, you have the right to support whoever you want but why portray the role of Aung San Su Kyi in The Lady and talked about how you feel for injustice and tyranny and yet sleep in the same bed with those who abuse their powers and practise tyranny?

I can go on and say about her father's MCA position and her brother Bobby Yeoh, who was arrested during the premiere of Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon at Mid Valley but I don't want to waste my time.

As far as for the Bond Girl, either she is being pressured by the virtue that her father was the chairman of MCA in Ipoh Mali for decades or by the fact, she loves Jib Bond of rakyat dihulurkan.....well the choice is hers when she decided to go public listing for support where she get a jeering response from the 1Makan function instead. :eek:
