On a serious note: a sign that Bolehland is really turning into the WILD WILD WEST?

WILD WILD WEST?

I choose not to start another Thread on this, and am in no way implying that these 2 incidents are related, other than the reference to 'WILD WILD WEST' ;)

The man was shot in the hand and abdomen. That may account on his passing.

That guy probably died of massive blood loss judging from the blood oozing from the wounds. The shots must have hit the main artery of either the arm or the groin. The pictures in the papers show a group of policemen just standing there doing nothing. But then again, I am no doctor, so what do I know.

The two Samurais were there to pay homage to the Shogun of Putrajaya, no? ;)

Usually gun shot kenot be that fatal if it hit the hand or legs. Moreover, Putrajaya Hospital is just round the corner without any jam.

Either the man was going amok or not, it reminds me the infamous shooting where the soldier fired rounds of shots at Chow Kit shooting incident under personal reasons instead of racial rioting. ;)

BTW, that guy dont look like Imam to me by the way he dressed.

He looks like Hang Too Ah to me with the bandana and all that. Maybe he should have borrowed kerismuddin's keris. Then he would have been protected.

This Could Be Serious!...Otherwise, why would the US Center Of Disease Control's [CDC]- Office of Public Health Preparedness and Response issue a "Zombie Preparedness Advisory"?? > Click Here For CDC Zombie Apocalypse Advisory (http://goo.gl/Rlt5o)

Shocking event happened, I suppose no-one imagine such thing can happen at PJaya. Extremely bold and very daring stunt. Unsure if the fler is few screws loose or not, considering grave consequences if arrested, caught and now his eventual demise. For all we know, from now on perhaps the authorities are going to step up security 200%, security check at all entry points hereon?.. to prevent this repeated.

As a side track, actually the defence lawyers for the two utk fellas who was charged with the murder of altantuya should just say since there is no evidence of her in malaysia, then they cannot be accused of murdering someone who is not here!!!

If Samurai swords wielding guys are doing so in front of your house and no one shoots them, one can imagine the wrath of the forummers. Accusations of the police not doing anything will be the main topic.

Sigh, some people in this forum = negative...

No body is saying that the police should not shoot the fella. He should not have even gotten anywhere near the entrance with swords. the fact that he was carrying a sword, they should just shoot and talk later.

The negativity comes from the disbelieve of the official stories. Its just like listening to a persistent liar who suddenly tells the truth. People will have a hard time trying to believe the story even if it is the truth.

Observed on other past and similar criminal cases in the news media, its standard operating procedure, if you're some policeman, don't think you could do anything when some flers come charging at you with parang, sword or some other murderous weapon.. YOU don't have something similar to fight back except your pistol.

A person with a sword in public. Recipe for disaster. Kudos to the police

Some people may have forgotten that carrying an offensive weapon in public whether it is hidden or otherwise is an offense. No question about it. Anyone walking into a Govt office (or any public building for that matter) with a sword or parang (machete) is asking to be arrested.

In other words, holding just about any knife or any tool thats capable of bodily harm AND displaying a threatening manner in public or to anyone else is tantamount to some serious offence.
Doesn't matter if the item may be a pen knife or flick knife. Even carring around bearing scrapers is supposidely against some old local law.
Speaking about personal posession of "weapon" in car? Chotar, big stick, baseball bat, etc.. Yup!..anyone can say its for self defence... I reckon you're courting trouble or consequences the moment you hold it and pose a threat at some accident or dispute at roadside!
The trouble with this land (or in this region) is the legal implications, long legal process, cost and worst of all, ONUS ON YOU to prove your innocense, otherwise you're GUILTY to the core as charged!
