Here got as usual, BUT pressure at least a third or more down. I believe they're thottling the supply without most knowing. Of course they can do it and they don't tell you anything.
Just be sure your home water tank didn't just develop a coincidental problem in the supply.
I just replaced my ball valve a month ago. (3rd time DIY in a 14 years) Found the inlet blocked with rust impurity. Always the case after a few years. I'd rather it block up than overflow and water is wasted without one's knowledge. It restricts the water flow so much that your own water demand exceed the supply and to a point, no water flow.

Maybe a localized breakdown affecting certain areas. Oh well, just one of those unfortunate things to happen.

AiYo!!!..what the hell were these flers doing/thinking....???!!!
Playing sandcastles on the road ha...?
Look around lah!!....there is a big water pipe after Digital Mall.....can't see meh when you guys were doing the survey works....????

Better be careful from now onwards...The construction work is now proceeding towards Putra Heights.....
And beside the Petronas petrol station, there is a gas pipe underneath the road....
So better enhance your SOP....leh...
Some things to ponder ( I am no expert, just a concerned local citizen)..
1. No smoking around the area.
2. No equipment liable to cause sparks.
3. Standby fire extinguishers meant for gas fires.
4. You tambah lagi...

Cheers!

Hubby's car and windscreen was splash by the muddied water fall when he passed by last night which nearly obscured vision...he had to head to the car wash immediately.

Water is back on albeit low pressure.

I ain't sure and assuming they should be covered by some public liability insurance should any accidents or incidents occur and affecting public property? of course anyone who's affected must report to them and make due claims. (if you have the time to proceed with due action) Same thing with appointed council contractors cutting grass in public areas. Say if have your windscreen smashed by some flying stone, report to council, or contractor, submit claim, does it work this way, ain't sure.

Just sharing on the perception of accident...

Meaning: An accident or mishap is an unforeseen and unplanned event or circumstance, often with lack of intention or necessity. It usually implies a generally negative outcome WHICH MAY HAVE BEEN AVOIDED OR PREVENTED HAD CIRCUMSTANCES LEADING UP TO THE ACCIDENT BEEN RECOGNISED, AND ACTED UPON, PRIOR TO ITS OCCURRENCE.

Construction works are fraught with mishaps occurring now and then....

1. The people doing the digging ought to be aware and being diligent in the carrying out the task at hand....
2. Pre-planning ought to be in place on HOW, WHERE to dig and where not to dig.
3. Human "failure" is called a "faculty malfunction" and NOT an "accident"..!!!
4. Just like machine "failure" which causes an "accident" is called "machine malfunction"..
5. Recall the famous Janet Jackson/Justin Timberlake bra slip incident - they called it a "wardrobe malfunction"...:heheheh::heheheh::heheheh:
6. So folks, there is no such thing as an accident....it is some human or machine malfunction!!!
7. Got my education from Natgeo's documentaries....!!!

Very often when mishaps occurred we unconsciously use the word "accident" more often. In our psychological conditioning, we tend to focus on one part of the human failure aspect - slip of the hand, misjudgement etc and tend to be "lenient" and consequently forgot to take preventive measures for the future. We forgot the other human failure. And failure is due to (more often than not) lack of preparation, lack of expertise, lack of concentration etc.

Be aware of such nurture and nature situations. We need to raise our awareness bar more often....
More power to critical thinking skills...!!!!

Cheers!
