Can anyone recommend Thai cooking classes for beginners in Subang Jaya?

Cheers,

One of the best way to learn how to cook Ethnic Thai dishes is to hire a Thai as a maid. Almost fool proof to cook it right. ;)

Right, but to recruit someone, deal with Putrayjaya immigration and someone in my home sounds like far too much hassle!

If one have the passion and time, yes look up for good recipes, then turn your kitchen into a mini kitchen lab to try out and modify to whatever that suit your tastebuds.
Great recipes are born from these experimental kitchens with passionate chefs or cooks who find pleasure and purpose doing all this.
I can't be bothered to find tutors for cooking lessons, but use my own ingenuity to emulate some recipes that I like to eat or find in some eatery. Fair share of success..
I tried to make char siew pau you know..didn't turn out very well at 1st try but it was some wonderful experience and fun. Yes, if someone else CAN do it..you can if you've the will!
BTW, I did hear, if you insist on the VERY BEST QUALITY and authenticity of Thai cuisine, its NOT only your prowess or skill in cooking it is only half the story. Its also ORIGINAL THAI ingredients FROM THAILAND...e.g. the chilies and other herbs and condiments..Its claimed its NOT the same oomph as local produce.
