These cowards are the direct products of the sk school who think they can do what they wanted to do including using violent because the cultute and the mindset of the staff in the school are in similar manner … :mad:

I dont think that it has any racial undertones. It was just a case of disgruntled customers voicing their dissatisfaction and the staff being inadequately trained and supervised to handle the situation. Sacking the staff does not absolve the company of its responsibilities. ...

I read the news during lunch from a Chinese daily…

Unless the daily quoted wrongly or being misled by the source… the kfc staff did utter racial and religious-sensitive remarks..

Can’t find the news in their on-line portal… but it was stated in the newspaper.

Firstly, the video was not taken from the start. We do not know how it got started. It could be the customer or the staff itself. I been to a few KFC store and the staff are friendly. It could be the customer provoke the staff with something. It can't be suddenly a few staff came out to confront the customer. I have friends or even colleauges who are Malay and we respect each other.

We have not heard what the staff that got involved have to say about this. What the customer said ?

China Press also can tell one side of the story. Did the journalist interview those KFC staffs before writing the acticle?

And the reporters were asking why wait so long for the chicken?
And the wife of the customer were kicked by the staff too?
But most amazing of all, how come KFC outlets have weapons of destruction like a steel bar? As Old Mean ExChef, I am still wonder what is steel bar for - to tenderize the chicken or terrorizing the customers? :confused:

It is the upbringing – the values from home, the influence of the teaching staff in school and the poltical culture of this land.

When a headmistress can utter racist remarks and get away scott-free.. When politicians stand behind those who disrespect other’s cultural and religious sensitivities, this is what this land will get in term of the quality of majority youngsters…

Yes it is truly pathetic that after 50 odd years of nation building, bolehland is so racially divisive and intolerant...

Because they always defend the indefensible? When any issue is made into a racial/religious issue when it is not , then it is always very difficult to defend that position.
