I have some used school uniforms, sport shoes, casual shoes and colour pencils to donate.

Any place in Subang that appreciate these stuff?

I dun think the recycle "pondok" is the place to put these things.....

If you give it to the charity homes personally, you get to feel the appreciation personally. The smiles on thier face even though they might be secondhanded. Last Christmas, I was paid and asked to send 8 baked stuffed chicken to the orphange from a forumer. ( Maybe he took pity on me since I am jobless without my Subang outlet ) The children smile with thier two front teeth but I got to tell them I am just the messenger and cook. Somebody else paid for them. They duly signed a large Tank You card which was made impromptu.
Or you could ask Jan why he likes to do this voluntary Fed Ex driver or even cook at the Eat for Fund. At one of the function, we had old folks that they waited and personnally thanked us with handshakes even though I purposely hide in the kitchen doing dishes. They refused to leave before doing that. And at the other Eat for Fund function, even the single mums with children were asking Jan - "Why you so good, ah" after been treated with free gourmet food like lobster and a professional magician performance. :):):)
