Well, a pathetic trooper has been bananaed for hijacking/spinning thread… and I also wonder how come almost all his threads sent to CHATTERBOX ;) ...including the one which he asked people to vote whether he is a cyperspinner....!!

Result - 76% said he is a cyberspinner.. :p :p
Read here - http://www.usj.com.my/bulletin/upload/showthread.php?t=34047

Well, the result of the survey requested by the spinner himself does speak volume, right !!!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH :p :p

Come back to the topic, can car purchase send back for return? Any country or car manufacturer allow that? Due to light weight, Proton SAGA are easily to spin in highway when hit by others, can that reason be justify for a return?

If you spin your car on the highway you have insufficent driving skills or have driven beyond your driving ability so no company in the world would entertain your request for a change. On the other hand if however they have forgotten to put an engine in your car then you can request for a change of vehicle.

Any car involved in an angled side impact accident will spin.

Car defects due to bad driving are exempted from any warranty.

If the car defect is due to manufacturer's fault, yes, you can ask for remedial work, failing which if they are unable to rectify, you may get a refund or new car, difficult but not impossible.

How about design fault? If I have scientific proof that Proton SAGA is more likely to spin compare to others, will that consider a design fault and ask for return?

Try and let us know the outcome.

Perhaps we will just read about the outcome.

That I would like to see. I had an ex boss whose brand new bm 740 skidded and hit the guard rail and overturned a couple of times a few times, wanted to sue bmw but after seeking legal counsel dropped the idea.

I think you guys missed Burntan's dig at SAGAmihara ... he was not specifically refering to cars per say if I read the posts correctly ...

Good question, you will have to ask him then - he wrote the post. :)

Maybe he feels that people are making fun of his burntan name so he has to seek vengeance and by his proton saga spin he is not actually saying it but we are saying it. If we dont see it we are not smart, if we see it he will always say that it did not come from the ass's mouth or is it the horse's mouth?

You must be incredibly smart to notice something that everyone including myself fail to notice..

Please read all the replies again after post #9, you should notice the replies are actually to avoid the dig and towards killing the spinning question, and at the same time within the topic of this thread – goods return and exchange.

I end my post with you here.. I don’t want this thread which is intended for goods exchange being relocated/blocked, and the spinner happily laughing in the dark.

Cheers

ps.. I am inetrested to exchange views with you in other threads..
