I bring it up because I can't see the logic behind the explanation, I hope some wise forummers here can enlighten me on this issue. I mean, If they start a open tender for the project and at the end only one submitted the tender, then I have nothing to say. The case is, they only come out and explain the project award after someone question them on "why no open tender?"

About FREE wifi, is it really free? The Penang govt. need to pay 8.5m for the whole project. If the 2nd phrase 8.5m project are not there, will Redtone still provide the 750 free wifi hotspot or not? Like you go to shopping buying a new LCD TV with free blu-ray player, do you really think the blu-ray player is FREE ah? LGE keep streching on nobody willing to provide the first phrase 750 free wifi hotspot only Redtone will, of cause nobody willing to provide the first phrase free if not guarantee to get the 2nd phrase 8.5m project. Am I make sense or not?

If they have something wrong then hang them out to dry. It should be the same for the bee end gomen. This thread is about cybertroopers. The thread developed into one of "everyone vs Burntan" when burntan suddenly dug up an issue of best practices. To the supporters of the PKR coalition, burntan appears to be a BN supporter.... hence the possibility that burntan is a cybertrooper.

You flers should see how hilarious it was reading from the sidelines ... it is like a chicken walking into a wolves' liar and feathers were flying in no time. :D

Eh, since when did this community forum became a PKR territory? Did Jeff Ooi name it or declare it somewhere? Sure, Jeff is on that side of the fence but he did not bring the Forum over, remember? I as the admin remain apolitical. Firstly politics is too much of a headache for me and in the position as a referee, I can't take sides.

I would like to see this remain as a community of concerned residents regardless of ancestry, language, religion or political slants.

Let me come back to the topic. I don't care who is a cybertrooper. I cannot verify that and if you want to be a lynch mob, remember what they did to witches in the past.
