I just wondering if anyone out there is interested in joining me as a weightloss partner/s. I need to lose some serious weight and having another person in the same boat will boost my heavy behind to get up and get going.

So, if you are one of those with a BMI (body mass index) of 28 and above or weight in regions of 3 figure kgs; well, what can I say, I neeeed you.

Since emails are so much fun to receive, pls type away to ahtal68@yahoo.com

from http://www.kilocontrol.com/bmi_calculation.html

How to find your BMI:

1. Take your weight, in kilograms (1 kilogram = 2.2 pounds)

2. Measure your height in meters (1 inch = 2.5 centimeters)

3. Divide your weight by your height squared

Kg / (m)²

Example: 68 kg / (1.6 m)² = 26

If you don't have a calculator, go to this site. :D
