Hello everyone,

I've been lookking up a recipe in kuali, and there's reference to the use of "Chinese Ham/Yunnan Ham".

I googled images of it, and seems like preserved meat/ham.

Can anyone help by sharing with me, where is the nearest place for me to find this ingredient?

I've been to carrefour subang today, and was told that the replacement could be "Fo Tui Yok" - Fire Thigh meat, and sold at RM31 for 250g.

Appreciate if anyone can help.
