1 Q .... how would you feel when someone who was the same rank 10 years previously, now bcomes your superior (ie your direct boss) .... and u can't get out of it??

Worse, how would you like your juniors who is your superior now? Happened to my friends in the hospital and poilce quaters. One quitted even after being an iconic cop for 2 decades in the force after his daughters graduated and another two stay on because still have financial commitments . But they were not so committed as before. Just in time to report for duties but then would be right on time to stop work at 5.30. All because they were pass over not due to the examplary qualification or ability but due to 8 or 9 which is saudara saudari :(
( BTW, even Chinese families control companies have given up 8 and 9 syndrome. One good example is Genting Highland, my childhood neighbour who do not share the same surname as Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong was made the President of Genting Highland. ) Being a profilic accountant, Datuk CY Lee is largely responsibled for setting up operation successfully from London to Singapore and in New York and Florida this year beating the giant gaming industries rockyfellas. He works with such gusto till his parents also got to get appointment to see him.) :D
