Which is best savings account for kids?

Thinking of opening a banking account for my 5 year old to encourage savings. Which is a good bank that offer the best features?

HLB credits interest monthly, daily rest calculations.

Maybank credits interest every 6 months, monthly rest calculations.

Definately NOT Maybank. There could be others - the key is how they calculate and credit.

Even if u hv a kiddie bank account with maybank u need to Withdraw and bank in at least once every six month.

Otherwise it is deemed inactive and account can be move to Bank Negara! Stoopid rules.
