How to disable Auto back-up?

I have a 1 TB HD and every now and then I back-up my stuff in it just like in my D Drive.

However, I do not know what happened but there is this Auto Back Up that is doing it for me and I do not like the way it is done.

How to you disable the Auto Back Up?

I tired a few things but the auto-backup is still there.

Finally, I just uninstalled the Auto-Backup.

Seems to work :D
