Are you going to work with a french company in France or a french company based in Malaysia? If you are going to work in France, you are even served wine for lunch at the cafeteria. ;)

Make sure it is not a French submarine company… :D

Btw, your question is a bit general.. there are vast differences between companies not just French company due to the different industries they are in.

I had a short stint with a French wireline logging service company which specialized in subsurface hydrocarbon date logging. Not much difference in working culture with the Anglo-American offshore firm that I joined later – both were demanding and result-oriented....and both asked me whether I like to drink during interview..... (I believed I won't get the jobs if my answer is no)..

L'Oreal de Paris is a French company but very much Swiss-influenced due to the ownership by Nestle SA of Switzerland.

French likes to serve thier French fries with French Kisses and it could French Creeps oops, Faux Pas, it is French Crepes as desserts of compliments, Bon Appetit. If the servings is not up to standard, It will be French Toast. C'est La Vie where whatever will be - will be the dish. :D
