Sales Merchandiser (SM)

Job Description
The role of SM is to focus on developing and carry out full in outlet execution in modern super/hyper outlets. The SM must be able to generate order daily, merchandise KO products according to KO standards, execute in store promotional plans, negotiate effectively and achieve product availability target.
SM must also be able to activate cooler placement plan (including cooler purity), securing additional in store display and physically merchandise the products according to the picture of success developed for the customer.
The SM must be able to identify the opportunity and build on it resulting to generating incremental volume. The individual must also be able to negotiate effectively and build strong relationship with the customer to ensure all planned activities are executed effectively.

Routines

Daily:
a) Visit assigned super/hyper outlet:
a) Merchandise, display Point of Sale Materials and perform stock rotation on KO inventory.
b) Negotiate, communicate and execute with customer distribution and promotional plans developed for the customer.
c) Greet and build rapport with customer.
d) Generate order and ensure product inventory is adequate to meet targeted sales.
e) Execute cooler purity within the assigned outlet.
b) Plan in advance the following day activities/objectives.

Weekly:
a) Achieve weekly sales volume target.
b) Report weekly outlet execution performance (out of stock, cooler placement).
c) Collect Point of Sale Materials from STL.


Monthly:
a) Achieve monthly sales volume target.
b) Participate in the monthly meeting.
c) Develop a segmented action plans on achieving the Picture of Success develop for each brand.
d) Check progress of underperforming KPIs and develop action plans to address gap.

Qualifications:
U dont have to be a graduate if you have these:
- Right attitude to learn
- team player & takes instructions well
- Speaks fluent English, Bm and any chinese dialect
- owns a car
- fmcg sales experience is a definite advantage.
