Wow, since BSLee has decided to leave the forum, we really have lost our DIY sifu !!! :(

BSLee, if you are reading, hope you will consider rejoining us ... even though I don't DIY as much, it is good to learn something new from you on DIY !! :) :)

You are a hands-on guy in DIY and AV, and a straight to the point guy in expressing your view..

Yes we do miss this great guy! he got upset over some arrogrant and unpleasant comments from an egostical forumer.

We do wish all the best and hope to hear from him.

Where did you read it?Can't remember which threads he wrote his cost-saving measures in. There is no particular thread created as far as I can remember. BS dropped cost-saving tips at random but one I can remember clearly is: Don't order drinks at restaurants. Bring your own bottle of water. End of story. RM1.00-2.00 saved in an instant. :D

This may be a bit nasty. Now for wifey and me, we order 1 instead of 2. It's healthier also drinking at home. :D

Thanks aerobax. We may get upset sometimes. But I think we need not have to leave a forum site. Another member also left this forum some time ago. Just found out he was my old classmate. He said he was lambasted by members, so he left. :(

I know Bslee he will be the last person to leave this country.
He is only person i know who uses his own name.
Hes a very harmless man who just like to share his views and opinions in his own way, he does not harbour malice like some forumers..Accept his views or not its your own choice

May I share an unfortunate encounter with all of you. This happened in a personal blog that was very popular. A number of us became quite close including the blog owner. Then on one occasion I made a harmless comment that "I didn't know he still had something great that he just shared with us". He took offend to this statement. I didn't know why he should be angry with me just because of this simple statement. Since it was his blog, I said good-bye to him.

Communicating in the internet has its weak points too. You cannot see the facial expression or hear the tone of the communicator, except like here you can add an icon :D or if you use Skype.

As for this place, it is a forum. If anyone is not happy with any member, this person can just ignore that member. He does not have to leave.

This method is "dangerous"! I for one don't understand all the "markings". ":-D" can mean Damn you and "X" can mean Cross you out! :D (Better write here "just joking")

Hmmm .... looks like I have to start poring over the READER'S DIGEST DIY MANUAL .... whose tips are not as reliable as BS ....

I remembered he advised once on how to remove the motor oil stain from driveway - works first time like a charm !!! :D
