Should let it dry with fan only. Blow drier cannot la. some of the components are sensitive. If still cannot work buy a blueberry instead!! Cheaper and can throw at someone in anger! Just kidding brother.

Once your phone gets wet, first thing is to remove the battery. This prevent further damage to the circuit.
Usually I sent it to the phone tech, to have it strip and blow dry. :D

Don't buy any of the berries (Black, Blue or Red) if you plan to wash them. :D

read some where some time ago what to do when phone gets wet.
If I remember it correctly its like this:-

1. Remove battery.
2. Rinse phone in distilled water, to remove any sand, mineral, salts etc.
3. Drip dry phone. Do not blow with hair dryer as it can introduce static electricity.
4. If possible store phone in an air-tight container containing silica grains or drying agent. These can be bought from Photo equipment shops.

Thanks Monster, it makes sense from your info and I am sure to save the bucks as my phones tend to gets watery due to the nature of my work and habits. :D
As for silica grains - I am keeping from now onwards which is most of the things that I buy especially biscuits or spices and herbs. ;)

Those silica gels are only good for absorbing water vapour from air. It will not help if you are going to bathe your phones ;)
