Instead of waiting for govt to change the policy, might as well take things into our own hand (provided with the extra ca$h).

My nephew now attend Form Four in USJ 1, and he will be taking O Level instead of SPM. The teacher told the parent that do not expect their children to get easy 'A' like those in SPM.

And it is long queue to get a place there, though you have to pay RM1k per month.

Which school is offering O Level in USJ1?

me think it$ more of a que$tion of 'can' than 'want'.

Methink on the whole fiasco (rot started with apanama as ed min) can be simplified and solved in 4 easy steps:
1. Make all national schools less islamic
2. Make BM, English, Mandarin/Tamil/whatever?arab?indonesian? compulsory to pass in exams (std 6 to form 5)
3. Enforce all muhibah 1teachers are not recruited from lowly grads
4. Take politics outta school

Tell you guys a joke. My wife brought my sons to make their passports. My nine year old son asked the counter clerk in english why is it that he cannot sign his passport instead of having to be thumbprinted. The fella just smiled and did not reply my son. My wife says he probably does not know how to reply in english.!!

Do you guys really think they will let these English-type schools to fluorish if the old right-wing racially-superior mindset of some these ruling elites remain?
