we have just won another business and is looking for a Business Unit Manager with minimum 6years fmcg sales experience.
You will be incharge of managing/motivating up to 100 Merchandisers/field staff and just 1 client for a start.
The iMAXX SOPs are there in place, hence managing asmall army is relatively easy...Managing client's expectations and meeting agreed KPIs are a challenge BUT a stroll in the park for those with relevant fmcg sales exposure.
We pay according to market rate BUT we have 1 of the BEST office environ and the 350staff are mostly under 30yrs old. The office is a homely place and non-political at all.
