heheheheh...wat bout me???? I aso want leh!

I know 1 bizz but difficult to patent & open. Its an internet bizz option. It operates on a simple principle that each time, 1 chooses to answer the question, he gets paid Rm0.002 sen, I get Rm0.002 sen also.

I wanna build it to say, 1000000000hits per day and charge the advertisers for banner space and pop-up...can ah?

The question is" Why did that kampong chicken cross the road?" :p

P/S...I tink forummer DayOne is pretty genuine lah...So, may i suggest penning a 'How to be successful in business' local edition 1st run wth plan for an international multilingual editions? How about A joint venture proposition? U write the 'know how' , I co-pen but I know many better ghost writers, publishing houses, distributors and even a pirate or 2.... how lah??? :p

Free advisory? In my private limited X perience, nothing comes free in this world - except duty free. And there is no free lunch except MSG - free lunches.
Even when the moderator wifey ask for recipe for the fruity jelly pudding and coffeerama dessers cakes last week, I said it cames free from artficial flavoring and colorings. As for the recipe, depending on how much she is willing to pay me. ;)

Let me see...a sneaky way to recruit MLM members?

That word 'free' should have raised a red flag...

DONT be liddat lah u all...

I still tink he wana offer free advice cos he meant it. Nothign more nothing less lah. Accept in good faith if any1 wanted advice lah...

Anyway, dayone, what about my idea of co-authoring a '$imple Busine$$ model for retiree$'..we can maketh load$ lah.

My internet question "Why did that kampong chicken cross the road" is not eliciting any response...net net, means it will fail as a business. :p

Thx Tupai. Well you can start a new thread whereby I can contribute some of my ideas so that we can share with all those who are seriously interested. I hope all contributors will come out with positive contributions without any bias and without any hidden motives behind. Sorry for my poor English. :)

Sorry for the late reply. I just returned from my vacation last night. According the Gurus, the prices of the residential sub-sector to be stable in the next three to six months as fears of rising oil prices due to the political unrest in the Middle East may damper investor and buyer confidence. So it is not the right time to buy unless the price of the property is low where you can buy from auction. If not you have to wait and see how things go. Now we face another disaster that Japan is now facing and it is still too early to say what might happen after.
