I think they want to learn from MACC how to charge corruption but without conviction. Just my opinion only..

Or are they hoping to learn from MACC how to transform suspects into superman/woman and let them fly out the windows from the 15th floor ?

Poor South Koreans, do they know what they are in for? Doc Pornthip will soon be very busy going for autopsies there as well when the SK-MACC, well-trained by the MACC, become experts in camouflaging and spinning...

After having met and liase with South Koreans for a few of their study visits in the past during my civil servant days ... i dare say, they will be learning from Malaysia - 1) How to make a GREAT PLAN from the consultants 2) How it should be implemented as suggested by the consultants 3) How NOT TO IMPLEMENT it like the Malaysians   - and I am speaking from experience here - unfortunately :o :( :(

Good implementers always learn how not to blunder.
As such one need to find case studies where a lot of blunders had happened.
So where is the best place to find them?

Josef Goebbels, propaganda chief to Adolf Hitler, who once said - "when you repeat a lie often enough, people will believe it as the truth".

Now MACC also on Cloud 9 oledi after so many visitors praised them and believe me, they also think its the truth they are hearing.

I am in agreement to what Darknite wrote above:

They are just being polite and diplomatic guest.
