Now, besides the 13 states and KL (W-plate) and Labuan (L-plate) and Putrajaya, BAMbee, XIIINAM, OIC, Naza, Proton, Lotus, Perodua, Naza, and what have you, they are still trying to raise money through tender number plates? Is this country broke or someone has privatised the "number tendering exercise"? :mad:
