Below are some of my personal view, just to share ....

I am not a pub kaki, but I don't think things like "too many" of these outlets will affect our daily lives. Why they should limit each outlet to serve 20,000 residents ? For those which are good & prosperous in business, just make sure they are clean & healthy, they deserve it. While those cannot survive in the business will cease & disappear quietly. Why must tell them to shift to other business ?

To relocate the car repair shops to industrial area, I will say hurray when I turn merry-go-round at Taipan area or SS 15 and can't find a parking space, these shops dare to occupy a few lots with a broken chair or tyre ( same thing applies to some restaurents also ); but in another way, I will be very pleased & relieve to see the car work shops just around every corner when I drive and the car suddenly boycout, like either give lots of funny sounds or just stop in the middle of the road, these shops are jsut like holy angel at the moment.

I HATE to see petrol stations at every housing area. From SS 15, 18 to SS 19, from USJ 2, 4, 6, 9, 16, 18, the petrol stations are side-by-side like a time bomb to the residents around.

They are TOO NEAR to our houses !

Why don't the authority relocate these petrol stations further away from the residents back yard or front door ? Do you notice that poor house advertised for sale for years, but to no avail, due to the Shell & Petronas just beside the house in USJ X ?

From the various comments regarding the attitude problems of the SJ/USJ drivers regarding the traffic jam topic, do you think they will strictly follow the rules of no smoking & no handphone at the petrol station ? I personally yelled at one fellow who smoked while pumping petrol to his motorbike.

I have this kind of phobia, when I go to pump petrol, I will not bring my kid or elderly along in the car. When they are around, I won't stop at any petrol station.

If the petrol station has any leakage or fire, just imagine how's the consequences ? You and I are staying just feets away from these time bomb.

What I would like to stress here is: you can't predict when your car is going to "merajuk", but you definitely be able to know when to fill you fuel.

So, are the Authority going to relocate these time bombs to some other places to let us have some worry-less nights ?

Thank you.
