View Full Version : Need Advise - Beauty Centre in USJ

HI

Im seeking advise regarding my situation. I have signed up for a Flexi Package of message and facial at one beauty centre in Taipan Usj, I have been their customer since 2007. I just signed a new package this year ( not knowing that they have changed their management) and is still paying via credit card installment plan. Lately i have noticed a huge change in the new management style which also changed the way their current staff treating their customer. What is worst their manager is the one that is implementing the new so called procedure.

Previous management never ask you to buy any of their products. At most they just promote and inform you. Their staff are also very relax and helpful. My few visits there lately has caused me many unhappiness as they are always persuading me to buy their products. I of course did not agree, and when i do not agree i can somehow feel the staff mistreating me eg, speeding the length of my message and denying me of the usual treatment that i am entitle. Due to that i have reminded that of the usual treatment and they just nodded their heads and pretended to forget again. Today was the worst as the staff that providing me the treatment keep asking me to put a deposit of RM50 which i am not interested to buy.

I want to ask for advise -

1. Can i cancel the package and ask for a refund? Im not sure if i can do that since i am paying the bank on every month, so far i have made 3rd payment and there is another 9X.

2. Can i complaint to the manager? I have considered this before, but even when i disagree to buy the manager show her face to me. Imagine she never even greet you or say goodbye to you , just because i refuse to buy. SO if i complain to her wouldnt that sound like looking for an arguement? I am hesitant because if i argue with her and still unable to get my payment i still got to see those people since my package is still not over.

Please please advise me cause i feel really frustrated.

Is this purchase with instalment with the new or the old mgmt? Did the new mgmt acknowledge your package with the old mgmt?

Anyway, the bank already pay lump sum to the shop and the loan is between you and the bank, not the shop. I have read cases where consumer able to pull out of this situation in fraud cases, shop closing down & etc.

Complain to the manager or head office (if they have) and threaten to write to the press or facebook or any media you can get access to. Let us know which is the unprofessional one. Reputation means a lot to them.

Since you don't like their service so much but i assume you do like their products, right? Convert your service packages to product.

You mean somehow i still need to confront them? accually i dont mind to do that. just that after you done that they may say sorry and apologizes...and later when u go and do your services is a bit pai seh or beh song..

anyway i think i may confront them and tell them my situation and my complaints, i hope they can tolerate it and if they cant...dont know what else to do la...

thanks for advise..but they not closing shop. The old boss went off (dont know where) and sold it to a new couple. I dont mind reveal their name but i dont think moderator allow. I hope the initial is ok. W S.

I hope moderator can enlighten on this. Well, so far we are reviewing restaurant and food too. What is the policy behind this in usj forum?
