Has anyone came across such a notice from MPSA??
Wa lau, I missed the 1st half assessment payment in February and wanting to pay the 1st half assessment with the 2nd half somewhere in Julai BUT our MPSA seemed to be banging on the door mati mati wanting to take your barang liao by 3rd June 2010!!! Scary lah.....ini macam punya mental torture memang pandai lah MPSA....May be MPSJ should pakai the same tactic lah...
Of course MPSA is not violating any law lah...It is the stupid citizen like me who is late in payment and when trying to pay 1st half and 2nd half at the same time...one will be slapped with additonal RM100 for the Bayaran Warren Tahan!!!! MPSA may come within 7 days and lelong the 2 computer and one photocopy machine in my offcie...In fact my office has tons of other equipment but the officer only wrote 2 items shj....he should sit back and took down all the inventories for the whole day lah......We the rakyat pilih our wakil rakyat and local councillors that passed the "laws" that becomes "robotic " laws that has no human touch anymore....
MPSA seemed to be wanting to collect more money from the poor RAKYAT lah....when they send more notice - more penalty fine...money money....I was just wondering if the Borang G sent by the officer was tied to the commission base incentive or not. Just merely 4 months late in assessment payment, Borang G pun sudah issued mahu tahan barang liao lor...takut ler......
I used to pay the 2nd half assessment in advance when I pay the 1st half over the years...This year was a bit of oversight of me and it seemed that MPSA memang strict lah....may be strict to the poor citizen like me who is an easy pray where we are operating a legitimate shop....But I will still wait for the officer or MPSA to cart away my office 2 pc and photomachine just to prove a point that MPSA is correct in takign the corect law appropiately but NON-HUMAN TOUCH...I just want to pay late penalty 1st half bill with the 2nd half billl itu pun tak boleh...OMG....
