We have weak Malaysia nationalism and it is due to no Kiasu spirit. It was recomended by the the depiuty Minister of youth and sport. He said being Kiasu makes Singaporeans love the country more.   http://www.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2010/5/30/nation/20100530134825&sec=nation

I don't think the Mini Ster know that many malasian are Bo Kiasu! Also many just don't care !

Nationalism spirit failed because of BO KIASU attitude that the society is facing,

When you call GoMen office, its either wrong number or no one pick up the call. ( Check official gomen web sites & try a few ).

When you call some private companies for information, many of time he/she said I AM NOT SURE or I AM NEW here,

When you read some professional report, their english just like writing essay with broken malenglish, and some just can't speak in proper,

Also I have seen some simple TNB letter are drafted in English & asking another to translate into Bahasa ( Its a 2 in 1 works effificiecy),

I have experienced, the young CEO told the COO, he can't understand the letter that I wrote to the clients

Maybe some other forummers can share their views on weaknesses our societies are currently facing. :D

It is no Bo Kiasu, but Bo Chup with tutup satu mata as demonstrated by a Malaysian ruling party leader from Melaka when he told the Kastam which Malaysians has weak nationalism. Asked to tighten the belt for Malaysians but they continue to subsidy undies to those who are connected...??????
Rakyat didahulukan, Pencapaian diutamakan???
