Anyone can recommend a reliable, reasonable aircond handyman ?

My Panasonic aircond starts to drip recently after 30 mins of running.
Didn't want to contact previous aircond man whose track record was
not so satisfactory.

Thanks in advance.

My experience in the past is that the dripping happens because we forget to wash the filters in the room blower. Although it is a good idea to spray clean the detachable air-filters once a month, I (being lazy and forgetful) probably do it once a year or when it is too late (water dripping is when it is too late).

When the filter is dirty, dirt starts to drop to the drip tray and the condensation will carry these to the outlet pipe. The outlet is a narrow pipe and it gets clogged every easily.

So, remember to wash the filters and you will almost never have any internal drippings in the future

Yes, indeed. That was what the aircond man recommended.
