House break-in in USJ2

Hi All,

Please be alerted especially during raining season, as my house just has been broken into today :(
They came into the house by breaking the front grille and the wooden door.
They took the plasma and some other cash. Other lost has not being identified yet. Police report had been lodged and being told that there is around 3-4 cases around the same area in the same day.

I believe that our USJ2 are really need a GnG in order to 'prevent/reduce' the crime rate in our area.

good luck... there will sure be some supporters and some non-supporters coming your way....

it is only when sh!t hits home - then this distractors would wise up to a gated/ guarded community.... go ask the local police station, and they'd confirm this - that crime rates in gated/guarded areas are next to zero, whereas "open areas" are still being hit...

to hv a success gng, the residents have to be united to make it happen.
as of now, without full support, it is an uphill task.

Besides GnG, why can't we ask the police to do something? That's their responsibility to safeguard the people's assets as well. The community should have close interaction with the police officer and get informed of the latest development and solutions.

Sorry to hear about the break-in at your house. Wld you mind if I ask which part of USJ2 are you? This can help us keep a look out for any suspicious characters. Did the break-in take place during day or nite time?

It's worrying that the robbers are back in action. We need to be on alert.

It was USJ2/2G and we believe they break-in during the 12pm - 5pm

It's good that you share with us this info. It helps those of us from USJ2 who patrols with VPU team to keep a look out when we patrol there.
