Aren't we glad that guns are not allowed here. In the USA, the same person would probably kill people in the school ...

In many ways, yes its a blessing, but that won't stop we hearing gun totting assassins still gunning down select individuals in cold blood. Probably not entirely relevant but surely it'll be very shocking as what have happened in USA not too long ago.

Isn't the kindergarten supposed to lock the grill when schooling in session? How can it be so easily kicked open?

No one can guarantee the safety of your kids in school. If someone tries hard enough they can break in and most of the schools have just a chain link fence. What some kindergardens do is they lock the main door when all the kids are in but then again sometimes they have outdoor activities i.e. in the garden and the garden has only a chain link fence so it is not like it is going to be as well protected as the prime ministers residence. So don't blame the school/kindergarden. The thing to do is to catch the fella and charge him with attempted murder, if he is not too unsound to stand trial.

One day, parent might have to pay for security fee for kindergarten operator to hire security guard with a shotgun.

I certainly hope that our society would not degenerate to that condition but it is certainly on they way there. When we have to pay for external security guards and fence up where we are living doesnt bode too well for our future and our ability to live in comparative ssecurity. Instead of progressing we are going backwards. We have all those rela fellas going around harassing the foreign workers instead of doing what they were supposed to be set up to do.

Forget about the security guard. I doubt parents will even send their kids to Tadika Sinario in the future.

In fact, what is the story behind this? Robbery? Revenge? In-sane?

The parent should understand that this is not what they asked for. They are the victim. Support should be given as in given to raped-victim.
