Are you guys facing all sort of harassement from those minority of small people with tiny heart, when you guys initiated the Guadred Community ?

They practically don't agree with anything RA is doing ! Nothing is right for them because all activities with good intention are contrary to their selfishness and ego.

I noticed USJ2 Pro-tem Committee is facing problems even from people living in USJ 4. Appreciate to share how you handle the situation.

From what I can see after looking at the mistakes and failures of USJ4/1-2 AMAN RA in catering for all the differing point of views, low acceptance rates, etc etc .... is to go right ahead and implement the G&G once it is financially viable. In view of the failure of local enforcement, there is no other choice. Sorry, but I have no faith in the ability of police to solve anything.

Let those minorities that object vehemently do the talking in court of law - no point discussing in usj.com.my forum anymore, just do it. We have reach the point of no return on this issue as far as I can see. Call their bluff about going to court.

I just hope the guys/gals in the USJ4/1-2 AMAN RA have the guts to resurrect their plans for the G&G despite having people like SCCheah (USJ4/1) living in their area.

Is this implying that I am some kind of trouble-maker or what? Mind you there are lots of people out there who are sick of the daily blocking of roads and silly inspection by guards and what not.

I and many others have been happily living in our respective areas until you guys suddenly turn several parts of USJ into a war zone, prison etc.

Why are you so adamant in urging the RAs of USJ4/1 etc to turn our neighbourhood into a FnG? While many people have little confidence in the police that does not mean you can hijack roads and cause untold misery to others because of your selfishness. Why are you condemning others who want our open concept? You are unhappy and insecured, go and live elsewhere! The authorities by right shouldn't be keeping their eyes closed because what they are doing is wrong.

I am glad that many people including my neighbours are not like your kind living in our area. What makes you think you are in the majority? Read the newspapers. Even in today's STAR, a reader posted a photo of a blocked road and made angry comments. Let me tell you this: The anger is rising.

I thought that we had made it clear that we agree to disagree in a public discussion? There is no need to argue over small points. This is beginning to become an irritating arguement. Points have been emphasised one too many times. SCCheah, you are pushing your luck on this Forum. Being given the freedom to post does not mean that we like to have our ears singed everytime you come on to defend your stand....we already know your stand and for those who had been reading such threads in the recent past, I am sure it gets a bit overdone. Is it not easier to just move on rather than to rewind the story all over and over again?

Furthermore, SCCheah is also insinuating what the admin should do ... I had said in the past that members should not act as moderator wannabees ... did you get Jeff's invitation to be a mod and thus have the right to pass judgement on whom to get bananas? It does not matter if I agree that Joni gets a banana for name-calling. Joni should be aware that there are better ways to bring a point across without getting personal.

Actually USJ2 p/tem committee is not facing problems,they just could't provide the actual figures of how many houses actually suppoting the g n g , .MPSJ and ADUN say min 85% (2295 houses)They think they can push thru....The serious problem is ,if they can't maintain the payroll of the guards the residents will go after them...so plan carefully....

Jan , thanks, I hope some RAs can seek views and opinions from you and your peers if they need helps (USJ2 GnG project just in infant stage, a little extra time can be advantage for RAs to perform).

Its tantrum-like comments with threat and strong accusation, I think it is not necessary at all.

Generally, every community sure have their own short-falls. We should initiated some plans to make it better and bring benefits. We may consult for opinions from pioneers whom had succeeded in GnG in their areas to reinforced our weakness, so that we can achieved the same result.

However, we should not discouraged others in doing good for their benefits.
