Still No Action? Still No Action?

I'm referring to the recent report on The Star paper which showed a big photograph of the pool of stagnant water beside the rubbish bin at the SS19 commercial area. This photo can be seen at the link below: http://metro.thestar.com.my/news/2002/11/dsserd12.html

As of today (Sunday), the pool of water is still there but with a small heap of pebbles placed just beside it. It seemed that someone had placed the heap of pebbles there (beside it) but not covered the pool with it yet! What are they waiting for? It has been 3 or 4 days since the paper reported it, but no action to cover the pool of water has been taken yet. Waiting for someone to get Dengue Fever first?? Come on MPSJ

MPSJ is ISO9000 accredidated. There must be a section in their Quality Manual that deals with public's compliant, and if they do not comply with the section they would have committed a Non Compliance (unless of course if it is stated in the Quality Manual that they do not have to entertain public compliants). So the complaint about the pool of water infront of the SS19 area should have been addressed in accordance to the Quality management system. Unfortunately we have no access to their Quality Manual otherwise we may lodge compliant of their breach of the ISO9000 Quality System.

MPSJ must have given themselves a long response time in responding to the public complaints in their ISO procedure, else this will be Non Compliance but to get the cert revoked, certain criteria must be met, i.e. official documentation received and etc., is press report constitute an official document for public complaint ...?
