I supposed my concern is towards the earlier as in Health and Beauty.

Problem is I will start my first long traveling (at least 2 months) after CNY, and I always have a history of can't sleep at all in the different bed.

I have tried Ativan, doesn't work, Xanax, doesn't work, Domicom gave me a hangover feeling the next day.

I heard about Stilnox and have been asking a few GP, none of them keep, even though they can write a prescription I don't know which pharmacy I can get it from, 9 our 10 pharmacy don't carry this. Medical centre yes, but they are damnnnnn expensive.

Please help!! Traveling itself is tiring enough, if somemore can't sleep at night, I just can't imagine how can I pull through day by day for the whole 2 months!!

Any doctor or pharmacist in our community can help me?

Thanks and million, you will save my life.

More like a bio-clock stuck in Msian time  Suggest before hitting the bed, go do some exercise - either go gym or a good romp (since it is a holiday presumably with OH ;) ) .... :D Once, you are exhausted, you will SLEEP !!!

I think it's all in the mind which only you change.

When I had such a problem, I told myself to relax, relax, keep repeating " relax" & soon you will doze off..it takes a lot of practice.

Seriously, don't take any medication for sleep - long run, it will screw up your LIVER and health .... best STOP DRINKING COFFEE/TEA or anything caffeniated and stick to warm water after 6pm .... don't think too much about sleep or fears of insomnia, ... go for a good exercise workout .... 30mins to an hour is not only excellent for your health too ... have a nice warm shower/bath after that .... you will sleep better than my baby at home !! :D

I tried almost all that.

There was once I purposely got drunk thinking that sure I can sleep, and yes, it induced sleep but I woke up 4am and can't continue to sleep anymore.

If my Foreign Bed Insomia is only limited to pillow then may be I can just bring along my pillow, but it has extended to my bolster (which has been hugged to my body shape), comforter (mostly like the smell) and bed sheets as well.
But most hotel's bedsheet are ok (pure cotton) so that's not a problem.

Someone told me take higher dose of calcium magnesium will help you to relax hence induces sleep, I was thinking if I do that for the whole 2 months, by the time I come back, the first thing is to go to hospital to take out the kidney or wherever stone out of my body.

Sure some of you are encountering the same different-bed symptom, for short term 2 or 3 days is ok, but for my 2 months business trip ......... :(

If someone can help me, I will reward him or her one of my bolster :D

:D it should be pillow+bolster+comforter dependency.

Maybe you should bring your own bolster on travels.

what about my comforter?

Speaking on travelling, I heard that airasia no longer give free 15kg check in per passenger, instead, whenever you have check in luggage(s) you have to pay.
Is that true?

I haven't try Airasia yet but I believe you are allowed 15kgs.
