Hi, would anyone know about the bus service from Subang Parade to Genting Highlands? Where to buy tickets, take the bus and how much does the ticket cost?

Hi, I dont think there are any more bus services from Subang Parade to Genting.
One way is to take KTM commuter near Carrefour and alight at KL Sentral and take the Genting express bus.

For ticket price here (http://www.rwgenting.com/en/getting_there/express_bus.htm) is the link. Wish you a fun time.

Received this sms on 31/12/2009 from "62005"

"Genting: Free daily return bus transfer from Subang Jaya KTM - GHR starting 10/01/2010 . Require advance reservation. Call 03-61052516 for info. T & C apply"

have never call or tried this service and not sure if they are part of Genting Group.

Sorry, personally, I loath going there, never liked the place at all. Morever you pay for F & B where like you're paying the equavalent in US$.

True, TOO CROWDED for my liking, although they are some of my favourite KLSE counters - resorts and genting :)

if go on weekend, for sure it will be crowded, but if go on a normal day, is not that crowded and the bets are cheaper too :P

back to the topic. i guess the bus service from Subang KTM and Taman Bahagia LRT is from Genting Group itself and we need to make reservation at least one day ahead.

There use to be a service from Puchong, did they stop that and shifted it to Subang?

I heard from some regulars that if you purchase a special package (up front betting money) they will make you a permanent member of this free bus service.

How to become World Card Green Member? Not bad also. Can make a trip to Genting for a Coffee Bean(nice outdoor environment). This is the most enjoyable place in Genting that i would not miss.

jimmy... firstly you have to apply to be a world card member first... then if you 'invest' your money and time at their casino, you need to have enough points to be upgraded to greencard. if not mistaken is 2GP to be upgraded.

WorldCard Points and Genting Points is totally different.

no need to invest personally.

see if you have any investor friend, then, you piggy back on your friend's investment, meaning, your investor friend allows you to use your new card instead.

Of course, you must find an investor friend
