I'm anticipating 2010 maybe a more challenging year with more nonsense from local politikus and other media spun news made sensational, goods price inflation, living expenses rise marginal to irritating levels, I'm just not very confident 2010 is any better than 2009. Just pray to God Almighty I'd survive without any more stress than I can tolerate.
P.S. I DO NOT EXPECT ANYONE TO BELIEVE ME, NOR THIS IS ANY FACT.

You're right, Mr Lee. From 1st January, a loaf of white bread 400g will be increased from RM2.10 per loaf to RM2.30 per loaf as a result of the removal of subsidy from the Ministry of Domestic Trade & Consumer Affairs which was announced to the various commercial bakeries this afternoon. Let me guess what the spin will be from the ministry people - that we should count ourself lucky that in terms of price per 100g of bread, we are still paying the cheapest price in the region. Wanna bet?

No resolutions for me..
I KNOW I'd be busy pondering throughout the year on ways and means to tighten up the belt and adapting to circumstances, as my gut feeling tells me its NOT going to be a rosy nor very cheerful year ahead. I'm staying home during CNY too, cut down on expenses UNLESS very very neccessary.
Smokers be in for a shocker in a couple of days... Rumor has it, its Rm15 for 20's pack.
Should I think of selling off everything I have in this land and migrate.. I think I'll start thinking about it.

Thank you guys for your focus on this but lets not get into this and derail the topic, (although I may have started it). I'm going to think of it soon and anyone can guess there's no certainty on my ambition. Lets leave it at that. Thank you and you folks enjoy the coming New Year and CNY again. :)

no sirree. My reso havent changed since 002B.C. Giving up smoking is easy lah. I have done it countless times. :p

Its giving up #6 as korekly pointed out by Zing that is tough to keep. :p

Anyway, 1bottle single malt is in breach of #4. Cancelling out your thrown gauntlet too.

But in all fairness, we can always meet at Zing (any time to your & Zing's convenience) and we can have a Southern Comfort on the rocks drink or 2 or 3 or 6, to sort this stalemate. Ada Brani?
