View Full Version : What if the court order is wrong?
I just found out after almost a year, the court order given verbally and the one minuted in the judge's log book (or whatever they call it) are different.
Till to date the final order had not been issued and I found out about this discrepancy when I intended to get the document out.
What I can possibly do now???

I am not sure what you found out is to your advantage or otherwise. Have a discussion with your counsel and see the impact of this "omission" and see if you can fight a better court battle with this discovery. The lawyer should advice you well.
my dear sentinel....if i can actually discuss with my lawyer...i would not be discussing here, would i?
Frankly speaking I am pretty sick of my lawyer.....money collection is on time but the delivery sucks. Anyway this particular issue was not due to her inefficiency....this is more because of the judge whom did not minute the order as how she gave it.
It is definately not only to my disadvantage but also dictates how i should be spending my weekends with my son.
