Another by election?...........hold your guns! The judge has already granted a stay of execution. The commission will appeal and going by the trend these days,the court of appeal will throw out the earlier judgement. I wonder whether judge Aziatul will go further in her career after delivering a 'landmark' judgement. :o

Like the Perak fiasco-la .... Courts rule one thing, Appeals court over-ruled the decision... now wait and see if the two fellas on trial for corruption will get a smack on the wrist or get fine & jailed... forcing by-elections there... and you and I know - PR needs to win only 2 seats to rule again...

Curiously.... the corruption case there seems to be crawling.... as if.... wouldn't be suprised if the courts suddenly threw the cases out or the next GE would be declared...

Then these two fellas would know how frog legs are deep fried.... :p

As for the Kota Siputih ADUN... you tell me which ADUN would gladly give up his or her seat.... :rolleyes:

IMHO, whatever the court decides it's still a win decision for the rakyat. With this ruling, it will set precedent so that ADUNs attend all assembly in the future.

When BN loses, highest appeal
When BN wins controvesally send in the FRU .
In the End Ra'ayat suffers

Why can't they be gentleman and wins the ra'ayat rather than supporting a half baked Dun.
