Looking for a 1.5 storey house in USJ area

Hi, I'm a new member here and currently I am looking for a unit of 1.5 storey house in USJ area but until now, nothing. My criteria is:-

- below rm300k (max RM320k)
- 1.5 storey
- in good condition
- no wooden/metal staircase (concrete staircase)
- chinese owner (currently tenanted)

Sorry if I post on the wrong spot but hope to get someone who will be able to look out for me on a 1.5 storey unit. I've seen the USJ 12 unit and I really liked it but it was RM320k which is way overpriced since there isnt any renovations and the owner just wanted to jack up the price. Hope to be a residents of USJ soon. Thanks..........

There are so many... just take a drive during the weekends and find what you like... there should be agents sign and you can call them to view.

Just drive around USJ 3, seen several for sale signs over there.

Hi Yew, I am new here too, just registered few days ago. I bought mine (1.5 storey, 24ft x 65ft) for 235K last year when market was a bit soft because of the crisis, but I think you should be able to find one below 300K, I agree with Franky and Mimosa just drive arround whenever you are free, that was what I did. From my past experience, a renovated and tenanted 1.5 storey in USJ3 was asking from 270K - 290K. I have viewed few of them while looking for one last year. Hope my info will help, cheers.

I saw in the Star advert for RM255k only at USJ 3/3D I think. Got a friend also looking for the 1.5 storey. But budget is a bit more contrained. Maybe looking for flat instead ie Goodyear court.

the prices are getting a bit too much now. i saw and viewed one basic unit at usj 12 but the price was just too much 320k for a normal unit with no reno...ok la, a bit of reno at the back but the rest is just normal. owner migrated, so tak kisah if sold or not but jus wan to make some quick buck.

then saw another one at usj2, kitchen is extended but the fittings already coming out and the upper floor is a bit 'scary' cos wooden flooring, that was last month and nothing new until now.

i had contact 2 agent who is looking for a unit for me but nothing so far. n i had called and most of them is over my budget which is at least 330k (no point of suffering every month jus to pay for the loans).i'm looking at iproperty daily but nothing much.........

btw, i had drive around usj12 area.......no one is selling as i like their design more than the rest of usj 1.5storey house.
