did i read correctly that this teacher was arrested, charged and then released on bail and then TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER SCHOOL TO TEACH?

is that the normal procedure for sexual offenders who are also teachers?

and to cap it off, he was only sentenced 3 months' jail! he literally got away scot free. what happens after that? He goes back to teach?

I don't know lah.. this land got funny justice being served. That Kartika lady gets rotan and huge fine. A petty thief can be jailed 5 years.
Issues are really gotten awry for Malaysia. You want me to still think our Malaysians are fit, able and competent to rule this country on their own?.. I think not. Its now quite clear this country is going down (or already down) to the sewers.

and to cap things... this perp teaches RELIGION and English.. what a load of crock... Who cares if he is married and has 5 kids. He needs to be locked up or sent to a psychiatrist for mental evaluation. 5 kids... hell, if this fella is allowed to return home, you might just read about him again in a few years time...when his kids becomes his prey/victims...

If this was in the United States ( or Canada ) this perp would NEVER be allowed to teach again ( or even get near a kid again... ) Then again - guess this is NOT the United States...

Even the "female" magistrate should to be sent to a psychiatrist for an evaluation too... for handing out a mere 3 months sentence for a serious crime like this... she should have judged better... half past six punya magistrate!!

Sokong.
Do you think our law or mismatchstate of law and order is really handled correctly? The magistrate half pass six, the lawyers brokered by Lingam and blah blah blah. It is all in the system , 1Malaysia disease theme.
Arrested and got transfered to other school and teach again. What in heaven name can he teach about religion when this guy is accused or convicted for rape?

If you are a politician and you bite a policeman who had admitted to punching you, you get 3 years plus a RM5,000 fine...

I cannot believe that he was transferred to another school? He should have been suspended pending the outcome of the court and assigned a desk job somewhere in HQ away from children. Now that he got a three months jail sentence, that will spell the end of his teaching career in the gomen.

This is malaysia where laws are applied selectively..you dont find this in any other country, why waste your time studying to be a lawyer in this country. It takes 4 years to come out with a verdict..shame man!

Justice delayed is justice denied. Three months sumore for this offense and two victims. More important we are talking about the breach of trust in a teacher who is supposely to be a guardian in school.
Who do you think the kids would trust now especially the incidents - police or magistrate?

...You want me to still think our Malaysians are fit, able and competent to rule this country on their own?.. I think not..Ruling is done by the executive. Court cases are handled by the judiciary - aren't these 2 different? When did we vote in the judiciary? How come everything is attibuted to the political parties?

..This bastard should be put away.. Take note that this is in violation of Rule 2d.

Take note that this is in violation of Rule 2d.

1/ Lingam watergate of trying to broker appointment of judges.

2/ Emotional but concerned forumer provoked by animalistic acts by the offender on kiddos who are helpless and defenceless. Moreover, he is the religious teacher. Can't let him start spreading unholy acts and claiming it is sanctioned by God.
