I would like my children to have high proficiency in the English language. Is there a notable private course (SJ/USJ) nearby where they can sharpen their skills?

I am not sure about the schedule or the venue anymore but I use to pick up my nephews and nieces there on Saturdays coz my sis sent them there for English Workshops....

Nothing good in Subang Jaya or nearby? The British Council is in Jalan Ampang is very far-lah, I am already dad's taxi to piano, tuition. I thought Hannah Yeoh's blog was pretty impressive..so where did she learn her English?

i just came back fm a introduction session to a US program this morning which sounded interesting. It teaches creative thinking and it's carried out in English. I will be sending my kids for this as i not only want them to learn English, at the same time they hv to learn to think for themselves. Chinese schools are definitely not teaching this skill. The centre is in SS19. Small but run by a dedicated teacher.

i can forward details if you are interested.
