Why is there a need to keep foreign criminals "happy" courtesy of the local taxpayers money?

Shouldn't he be deported back to S'pore?

What deport?.. these flers should be exported one way no return to some remote island where no ships pass by. They can build their own world there, and don't kacau the rest of the world if they think every other land is not to their ideals.

That is a psychological tactic and these suckers are falling for it like no body's business. By saying so, they will not be extradicted to singapore and they would also get good treatment in bolehland. So it is a win win situation for these scum of the earth and our brilliant people are falling for it. Cheers

I am appalled that a suspected bomber could be interviewed and given access to media to 'condemn' a neighboring country. Where is the ethics and decorum of international diplomacy, man? Hisha"moo"din should be ashamed of how he runs his Home Ministry....

Imagine a criminal in Singapore jail saying he is happy in Singapore and hates the Malaysian jail system because they drug him every day....

No blardy respect for diplomacy at all. When did this Hisha"moo"din learns his international relations?

The person who released the interview, SUHAKAM, should be ashamed of itself for this attempt at cheap publicity.

The fact is this criminal is a Singaporean most wanted terrorist for terrorism related activities. On what grounds is he is being held in ISA in Malaysia?

Why play host to a known terrorist who is not even a Malaysian? On Malaysian taxpayer's account that is. What is the objective?

As long as the criminal are infamous, our Home Minister wants to be provide 5 stars service at the prison home. After all, his KPI would go up for job well done.
Unsure whether he understand the difference btween infamous and famous. Objection or objective? Indifference, perhaps? Who knows whether His Moo Thing cares about tax payer money!

It is the bird, it is the plane, No, it is His Moo Thing ...

it doesn't matter who... but it seems everyone that steps into the Home Minister's shoes.... ends up looking like an idiot or sounding (talking) like an idiot... not to mention - at times, behaving like an idiot...

then they move on to other portfolios... courtesy of the proverbial musical chairs in the system... thus making way for another soon to be idiot to take over... sheesh!

If we cant have leaders we can look up to, what do you think we will look like? We have Minstry of Homes of the Misfits! Arrh...we elect the politicians to represent us, but it seems that most of the politicians decides otherwise. We are asked to be frugal but look at what they are spending for our infamous guests!
Our own guests at old folk and welfare homes are not happy but our distinctive infamous terroists are happy! It just cow sense to spend this kind of money

Logically, Malaysia should extradite him to Singapore after his jail term for illegal entry into Malaysia. After all, he escaped from Singapore’s jail. It is not up to the prisoner to say whether he is happier in Malaysia than Singapore. If based on the prisoner’s liking then it is more or less like giving him asylum.
When Mat Selamat escaped from prison, LKY was very unhappy and commented that it was the complacency of the authority, Wong Kan Seng (Minister of Home Affairs) was under tremendous of pressure to quit. Anyway, the authority fired a few top guys and some were transferred to other departments.

Obviously someone has been **** stirrers otherwise no one would accuse them of it and to have to come up to defend it means that there may be some element of truth in the rumours

In fact, this 'someone' commented too that it was a waste Nordin Mat Top, the guy who allegedly bombed the J W Marriott hotel in Jakarta, not once but twice, was shot dead. "Malaysia would have rehabilitated him" he was quoted as saying. Bolehland is getting more bad publicities from the big mouth of this particular person, what a shame. Not to mention, our neighbors like Singapore, Indonesia and Australia are nervous by his words these past few weeks...

Long time back, I learnt a Malay idiom..…”ada udang di sebalik batu”. Is the udang a lobster? I am not too sure. :D

By the way, did any of our own ISA detainees given a chance to air their grievances to the press while under detention? If the home minister wants to be fair and transparent, this opportunity should be given to all present and future inmates!!

Since we are so good at rehabilitating, our 7 year isa tenant should have been rehabilitated long ago. But then what do we expect from these fellas who have been educated in the best overseas schools and who will do anything to maintain status quo.

But they said he cannot sing "Negaraku"... :D

SO that is a "crime" worth keeping the dude in ISA?
If I remember sometime ago... there was a big HooHaa over the Negaraku song by a student rapper calling himself Namawee :D

saw that dude Namaawee at 15 malaysiafilm fest . That dude sure can act. Next spoof from him would be singing "who kick the cow now" in a rap version to rival the US version of who let the dog out. :p
