I agree with the DPM here, MIC must deliver the Indian votes at the Bagan Pinang by-election coz Semi Value said the Indian community has returned to the MIC fold. Berani cakap, berani bikin!

In the last General Election 2008 in Bagan Pinang, Pakatan Rakyat won 3 out of 4 polling stream / stations where Indians are the majority voters... unless the situation (and sentiments) have changed, it will be a tall order for MIC.

If Semi Value do not deliver, then everyone will have to listen to this OLDIE (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NwtFWHycgeY) again.

Well, he stayed in Bukit Selambau for 3 weeks to do canvassing but looks like it didn't work.

He did the same in a Lunas by-election many years back and vowed not to return to KL if MIC loses. MIC lost and he was back in KL.

I have been told he will be in Bagan Pinang for a week too... that will be fun.

Why not after all the party is behind him all the way... Anyway so what if dont' deliver the votes, he will blame UMNO for the lack of votes.. not as if BN is gonna kick out MIC...

Why not after all the party is behind him all the way... Anyway so what if dont' deliver the votes, he will blame UMNO for the lack of votes.. not as if BN is gonna kick out MIC...If I may borrow the words of the Prime Minister Najib of his speech at the recent MIC Assembly... "no point being a popular person in the party but the community is not with you in elections...."

So, its no point being hero-worshipped in MIC if the Indian votes are gonna split between MIC and some going to PAS. Remember what I posted earlier, in the recent GE12 last March 2008, there were 4 voting streams in the state constituency of Bagan Pinang where Indian voters form the majority of the registered voters and 3 out of 4 of these voting streams were won by PAS, there you go...
