I will believe it only when these people are thrown into the lockup. I believe that the trial judge is going to free them for "lack of evidence". Video cannot be submitted as evidence as it is "hearsay". No evidence. No charge. Wanna take a bet?

From Sunday Times (Singapore), I realised that the Indian temple has been there 150 years ago. This clearly indicates that the town planning for new Shah Alam Township (Section 19) was at fault right at the beginning.

This can be a heritage if town council wants to preserve it and proper planning has to be done so that it will not cause traffic congestion or inconveniences to the residents.
This issue raises racial tension just because someone screws up right at the beginning.

I hope the sentence won't be the same as the group of Thai who killed darren kang a few years ago and got only 3 to 5 years jail ?

Me no lawyer but merely my view. It really baffles me how justice is meted out in this land. 500 or 3 weeks jail is rediculous compared to that lady who's getting caned and fined RMfour figure. Could it be some traffic offence penalty could be worse?

These group of flers rocked our society with deliberate intent and malice, moreover in our holy month of Ramadan, I think worse than that lady who drank and likely didn't disturb anyone else. We live in a SILLY country to say the least.
Anyway, lets see how. We've to let justice take its course. How else?

I prefer them not be to charged so that the Pakatan will have a big issue to bring up in the Bukit Pinang by election. I suspect that Hishammudin will ask the Attorney General to charge them and get the judge to find them guilty for the world to see. Though the penalty is a fine not more than RM 5,000 or a jail sentence of not more than three years or both, I can bet my bottom ringgit or even my bottom that these people will only be fined a token amount and that fine will be sponsored by BN or UMNO to be more precise.

If they are sincere, I want to see a custodial sentence of just one week for the organisers whom I don't care whether they are from BN or Pakatan or even JI. The rest who participated are like cows led to the slaughter house and I have cow sense to close one eye to that and let them free.

The protestors be given five years of being rehabilated by listening to MJ Heal The World and write lines of the lyrics.....

I think about the generations
and they say they want to make it
a better place for our children and our children's children
so that they they they know it's a better world for them
and I think they can make it a better place)

There's A Place In Your Heart And I Know That It Is Love
And This Place CouldBe Much Brighter Than Tomorrow
And If You Really Try You'll Find There's No Need
To Cry In This Place You'll Feel There's No Hurt Or Sorrow

There Are Ways To Get There If You Care Enough For The Living
Make A Little Space Make A Better Place

Heal The World Make It A Better Place
For You And For Me And The Entire Human Race
There Are People Dying If You Care Enough
For The Living Make A Better Place For You And For Me

If You Want To Know WhyThere's A Love ThatCannot Lie
Love Is Strong It Only Cares For Joyful Giving
If We Try We Shall See In This Bliss
We Cannot Feel Fear Or Dread
We Stop Existing And Start Living

Then It Feels That AlwaysLove's Enough For Us Growing
So Make A Better World Make A Better World...

Heal The WorldMake It A Better Place
For You And For Me And The Entire Human Race
There Are People DyingIf You Care Enough For The Living
Make A Better PlaceFor You And For Me

And The Dream We Were Conceived In Will Reveal A Joyful Face
And The World We Once Believed In Will Shine Again In Grace
Then Why Do We KeepStrangling Life Wound This Earth
Crucify Its Soul Though It's Plain To See
This World Is HeavenlyBe God's Glow

We Could Fly So High Let Our Spirits Never Die
In My HeartI Feel You Are AllMy Brothers
Create A World With No FearTogether We'll Cry
Happy Tears See The Nations Turn
Their Swords Into Plowshares

We Could Really Get There If You Cared Enough
For The Living Make A Little Space
To Make A Better Place...

Me thinks that the situation should have been nipped from the stem if the police stop them and not escorting them. Next the pm should be bold enough to instruct his home minister to arrest the situation firmly. Instead we see a haphazard statements from our home minister , which make the public perceived that the demo is okay and not grave. Now the charges are executed and it created a sense of delayed decision by those who have the power. Naturally the same was done on when Teoh died.

Bn and the those in power must do an autopsy on the governance, or else they will loss credibility of the ra ayat. For this I admired Tun Mahathir.
In his reign , none of this would have been allowed to occur.

Looking and reading the papers, you think they look like repented for their actions or feel of remorse? Nahh!.. I get the impression these are insensitive individuals, moreover with supporters. Already this is a cowboy country with increased crime rate, now we have insensitive, self centered and very selfish rakyat into the equation. We're a fast failing country and very few take heed to realize such things, morever deny on top of it. Nip the problem at the bud is EASY to say!.. truthfully it should be done 30 years ago at education and upbringing. See what happens now.. We reap what we've sowed!. Yes, they may be FEW, but it can grow through off-spring and destroy everything Tunku AR have envisioned and hoped for.
Very sad and unfortunate, VERY UNFORTUNATE! Muhibbah and 1Malaysia is anything but a figment of anyone's imagination now.

Remorse? From the pictures taken, They were raising thier hands as a sign of celebration. They celebrated because of the bail being reduced or they think they are the heroes which should be emulated by Malaysians.

Hmm...and only one of them is a Section 23 resident?

What are the chances of indictment?

I read somewhere that it is not racial tolerance that will make Malaysia as 1. It is racial acceptance.

Why is it that those not from the same precinct are in this debacle?

Thats why I say, this is BAD... extremists for any cause often react like this. I leave it for obvious reasons.

The lawyer of the accused said that none of his clients brought the cow head as it had nothing to do with the main messages they wanted to send in their memorandum to the Selangor State government.

The cow head must be dropped from sky.

Lawyers are lawyers, morever in defence. Isn't a defence lawyer's objective to work towards achiving a homicide client to go free?..They'd do everything within their ability..thats how it is. Right or wrong, I don't think they care much. I could think their lawyer should tell them go face the consequences as they're as guilty as hell and video's prove it beyond doubt.

But good lawyers always tell the defendants to dress and behave decently before and during the trial. After the trial, you can jump and shout horray.

Agree with you to a certain extent but even the cow head was dumped at the road side, this is a bad argument for the lawyer to say that his clients carried the cow head because somebody just happened to drop it. :(
