Under Section 211/233 of the Communication and Multimedia Act 1998, you found the content of the video to be indecent, obscene, false, menacing, or offensive in character with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person ... SHOULD MCMC BE MAKING A POLICE REPORT AND CHARGE THE CONTENT PROVIDER??!! instead of Malaysiakini for putting up the video.

I agree that the content of the videos is extremely offensive. Therefore action should be taken against the perpetrators of what transpired in the videos; not against the whistleblowers and exposers of the offense.

A very clumsy attempt at a cover-up and another own goal scored.

Meanwhile, folks are putting up mirrors for the videos, and adding this latest stunt by the enforcers - guaranteeing that the offense will gain even more coverage and exposure than it already has.
