First, it was MRR2, now LDP! which was highted in the STAR.

As usual, it is supposed to be all right and safe.Just put expoxy to cover the hairline. I am no engineer, but the last time I put the exopy to my fish tank which was cracked with hairline crack, it went burst after two months. Any engineer out there to comment?
The irony of the issue is the company officers said he would explained to the blogger one to one about the issue. As users of LDP, dont we get an indepht explanation too? Can we sue if anything happen or they going to brush it off as an act of god?

Its like an everyday thing now. The Trengganu stadium collapse has been forgotten already....

One of these days, touch wood, something REALLY BIG is gonna collapse... I will not be surprised.

Thanks for the blog. Interesting. Anyway, where is the crack supposed to be?It seems that the blogger is not interested to meet the one to one sessions talk. From the pictures, look high enough to crack his pants too.

MHA came out with a short statement in the STAR to say it is safe. The epoxy is good for the time being. Safe but for how long and how safe it is? But it is still insufficient as no proper explanation is given why it has crack lines. Aren't engineers supposely trainned to take into account of errosion and stuff like that? I am not an engineer but I know if no proper managment of engineering principles and questionable quality ingredients are being used, it would not withstand over period of time. An old chinese saying goes pure gold are not afraid of fire furnance.
Pray that it is safe but dont blame it on the act of God if it cracks.

Well, if it cracks up again, more epoxy glue lor... safety of motorists and pedestrians is secondary as far as the authorities are concerned. They don't need another bad publicity so soon after the Tengganu stadium collapse... maybe drag it a bit longer by resorting to epoxy for the time being....

I would consider it absolutely safe if the head of MHA and Litrak were to build a bungalow under the said flyover and stay there. ;)
