Any nokia 5800 owners here? Is it a good phone? Can it last for 4 years? Need your opinion or advice on it. What is the market price for it now? TQ :)

Using it. I got it for the GPS but it takes ages to acquire that satellite. I have that phone for about 1 month now, It already hung twice already. Everything about that phone is S l o w.

Will that phone last 4~5 years? Don't think so. If you are a heavy user, all touch screens wear out.

I bought it for RM1200. Local Nokia Authorized set.

thanks, i saw a ad, it was going cheap $1500 - that is why i asked. it made me wonder.

Rm1500?:eek: that's not cheap. The current market price is RM1200 for a Nokia Malaysia Authorized set. A parallel import unit is only RM1000 or less.

I am looking for a touch screens HP as it more convenient for me due to my disability & in case of emergency. Have always used Nokia brand cos I’m a rough user. Got any recommendation anyone. Budget - RM1000 only. No need internet lah. :rolleyes:

Get a PDa if you want a touch screen..Nokia is not a core player of touch screen.If you want to use for 4 years,i dont think it will last.
