USJ3/1 Gated Community

Dear Friends,

Due to security issues, the community of USJ 3/1 is in planniing to gate up the whole area like some of other communities.

Recently, there was a day light robbery involving a corner house at USJ 3/1H. 3 parang wielding dark colored robbers intruded that house and robbed and ransacked the whole house.

A committee was formed to looked into this project of gated and guarded community.

An web based egroups specifically for residence of USJ 3/1 was set up to facilitate discussion.

Only for residents in USJ 3/1? How about those from USJ 3/2, USJ 3/3 and USJ 3/4? I think we should look into totality rather than a single area but of course implementation has to be done in stages.

yesterday i was viewing a house at usj3/4m. i notice when i drive in, there was a guard, but seems like anyone can just drive in and out.
