Greetings to you
In Jan 2008 a number of Residents in MPSJ locality had submitted the Bantahan Forms to MPSJ with regards to the Draft Local Plan for Subang Jaya and surrounding areas. In the event any of you had done so, you should be receiving (or received) an invitation letter to attend the Public Hearing on this matter which is scheduled for either 15th or 22nd June 2009.
Kindly contact MPSJ, Jabatan Perancang (Tuan Ismail and his staff) asap if you have not received your invitation letter as yet. Once again ... the invitation letter is sent to only those persons who had submitted their Bantahan Forms to MPSJ last year January. I hope you have retained an acknowledged copy by MPSJ as proof of your submission.
