G**tell massaging chair

I'm planning to buy the RM3988 G**tell buy 1 free 1 massaging chair this Friday, anyone tried G**tell product before? Mind to share any feedback?

The sales person said the machine is made in Taiwan. Warranty 1 year. G**tell is a local company. I have a feeling that it will face issues after 1 year, just my feeling, but the price is reasonable...

Anyone can give opinion?

Mine was bought 3 years back. Problem after 1 year...remote control panel light is off, the leather koyak too, the rest still OK. The worst is that i bought it before the price slash from RM7k-RM4k.

We make full use of it. My family member enjoy it. Everyday it is in use. I think this is the most important factor.

Thanks for your feedback Jimmy. Did the parts(machine) ever give you problem? Remote control and leather issue is still ok for me, the most important thing that I concern is my family still be able to use it, it's just RM1950, I don't expect much from it, just hope can be used for several years.

Jimmy, did you ever call for their service before when things go wrong? How was their respond time and service?

I remember they are here in my house only once (this is a good news) but i forgot for what purpose.

Btw, Osim is strong in marketing and price of product don't drop much. Gintell marketing good also but product price drop.

I can't afford Osim yet :P Gintell offering RM3988 for 2 massaging chairs (each almost RM2000 only), I think I should give Gintell a try? Since I need 2 massaging chairs for my family at 2 different sides. (I don't have 2 wifes ok)

2 wifes? I got it...no worry here. :D

Gintell is worth the try. This 2 are reputable brand. Importantly everyone enjoy and use the product. It cost a couple of thousand and getting a few key person to try the product should be worthwhile. Try to get more freebies...walk around the store and see what is nice and no really pricey and ask to get it 'free'. :)

i had purchase ogawa massage chair at RM 4k.. G **tell buy one free is marketing strategic. that chair is 8 roller only .. it only massage the same area. test the chair 1st .
